Company Structure and Key Personnel

Pacific Relocations provides a regional relocation service throughout Asia, including China, Singapore, Japan, Korea and other South East Asian countries. We either have our own offices with professional staffs or we have exclusive joint ventures with companies that are all committed to providing a first class relocation service to multinational corporations and their expatriate staff. Through this broad set-up and network of offices in different parts of Asia, Pacific Relocations is definitely one of the largest destination service providers in the region.

With Hong Kong as the head office, we have set up our own presence in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Also, through exclusive joint ventures with local relocation and property companies, we can provide full range relocation services in cities like Shenzhen, Nanjing, Dalian, Chengdu, Chongqing, etc.

In South East Asia, we have an exclusive joint venture partner Citiprop. Citiprop is based in Singapore and can cater for the relocation needs for multinational corporations and their expatriate staff in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and other cities in South East Asia as well.

In Japan and Korea, we have exclusive joint ventures with local companies. Through these companies, we provide services in cities like Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya in Japan and Seoul in South Korea.

When hiring people into our team, we focus on their service attitude, work experience, communication skills and integrity. During the past 13 years, we have built up a team of relocation consultants that is among most experienced and the largest ones; and a corporate services team that is among the most efficient and well regarded ones in the industry. When finding joint venture partners, we make sure that they are very dedicated and focused firms in the relocation business. Their track record, integrity, and critical mass are all important considerations. We also work very closely with them to make sure that we provide similar services of similar quality with similar vigor.

The following are the key managers responsible for the different departments or different offices:



Michelle Li (Managing Director / Relocation Director - Hong Kong Office)

Michelle obtained her university education in the United States, graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1991. She then worked at Cantella & Co., a brokerage house in Boston, before returning to Hong Kong. She worked for the Private Client Group at Morgan Stanley Asia for four years before joining Pacific Relocations in 1997. She first worked as Relocation Consultant and then moved on to the Corporate Services area. With experience in all aspects of the relocation business, Michelle has become an all-rounded professional in the field. Her enthusiasm and sincerity has endeared her to many expatriate clients and many corporate Human Resources/Real Estate departments' staff. In the past 6 years with Pacific Relocations, she has placed over 200 expatriate families that moved to Hong Kong and have solved many difficult issues for our corporate clients. Now, besides being an outstanding relocation consultant, Michelle is also the Managing Director of the Hong Kong office, assuming the overall responsibilities of the office. She also networks with different professional bodies in the industry like the Employee Relocation Council, Real Estate Services Providers Council, and National Association of Realtors in the U.S and the Hong Kong Real Estate Authority. Besides her passion in meeting new people who come to Hong Kong, she is active in participating in church activities, seeing operas and plays, and keeping herself updated on information about children education.


Edwin Chan (Director - Hong Kong Office)

Graduated with a B.A. in Business Enterprise from Wolverhampton University in the United Kingdom, Edwin returned to Hong Kong and worked for three years at Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd. He then emmigrated to Canada and returned back to Hong Kong in 1999. He joined Pacific Relocations since then, focusing on property management and corporate services. His previous experience as Estate Officer provided him with hands-on knowledge in property management here in Hong Kong and China. His experience includes handling large corporate accounts and dealing with expatriates and corporate Human Resources/Real Estate Departments. He is a true problem solver and has won wide acclaim from many clients. Besides work, Edwin loves fishing and playing with his young son.
